To get accents on a PC is a little harder, depending on what program you're using. If you're using Microsoft Word, you might want to try the following things.
á = CTRL + ', then a
é = CTRL + ', then e
í = CTRL + ', then i
ó = CTRL + ', then o
ú = CTRL + ', then u
For capitals, use CTRL + ', then SHIFT + the letter
For the ñ, hold down the Option key while you type the n; release and type n again.
ñ = CTRL + SHIFT + ~
To place the diaeresis over the u, hold down the Option key while pressing the u key; release and type u again.
ü = I'm not sure, sorry.

If these things don't work, try changing the language to Spanish in the Word settings, or inserting a symbol using the Insert menu.
